Can I print copy A for my W-2's and 1099's on blank paper?

Using a laser printer, copy A for the W-2's and also the W-3's can be printed on blank paper using software that has been approved by the Social Security Administration. Please check your software options. At this time, all 1099 copy A's must be printed on red dropout ink forms.

Your tax forms are guaranteed to work with your installed year-end update. Please contact us for return authorization instructions. TAX FORMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER JANUARY 15TH. Please return forms in their original packaging. The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase will be refunded only if the return is due to our error.
